Best Avocado Smoothie!



First of all, I would want to start of by apologizing for the photo above. I couldn't rotate it!

Avocados: Avocados have many heath benefits for our body. It helps promote heart health and Blood Sugar Regulation, it is an Anti-Cancer Fruit, has Anti- Inflammatory benefits, and bring nutrition and fiber into your body. It also makes for a great Facial Mask!

Believe it or not, avocados are a delicious and when you make it into a smoothie; It's heavenly!
here are the ingredients :
  • 2 small Avocado (Or 1 big avocado)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 5-7 Ice cube
  • 1/8 cups of sugar (Or until your desired sweetness)
